Dot from Hunt Valley, Maryland Attended the program from April 28 to May 2. A very interesting program: varied habitats, excellent leaders, pleasant accomodations, and good food! I hope to take this program again in good weather.

The guides were very good, as were the locations selected for birding. This is an excellent program for experienced birders who want a challenging pace. We birded 8-hour days. The hotel was quite comfortable -- roomy, clean suites with good beds. Meal were adequate.

Although 24 was way too many for a birding group, the group leaders coped very well. There were some very knowledgeable birders and the locations were fun. I didn't know Delaware except as a road to DC, so learning more about the State was worthwhile. I enjoyed Trap Pond, the various state parks we visited and the forested areas. We saw some great birds: as a west coast person, I wasn't familiar with birds you take for granted: the red-headed woodpecker, northern Parilla, boat-tailed grackle. I have a dropbox with the pictures of the trip though not annotated, so if anyone wants to see these here is the link; https://www.dropbox.com/home/Delaware

Really nice birding trip. Saw some great birds and learned a lot about the area.
