Two to three miles a day on level ground walking is refreshing, but beware the 50 steps a trip on the subway.

We had a great time and were very impressed by Toronto. Our leader was excellent, enthusiastic and well informed. Public transportation is excellent. Good presentations and variety of experiences, from museums to neighborhoods. And a nice sampling of the more than 7000 restaurants.

Program and leader good except for 11:30 to 3 Foodie tour to 5 diff places: pizza, gelato, 3pm main course, for 70+ age group(!). Thanks to Asst Leader for salvaging cold hotel breakfasts with outside rest. substitution. Contracting: "kitchen out-of-service" alternative sh/be observed before accepting.

this was a wonderful trip. Our leader Jason was amazing. He was able to answer almost any question we had. Bruce Bell was a wonderful historian with lots of facts for us. Both Jason and Bruce had a great sense of humor which also makes the trip very enjoyable. Found the trip a bit more active than I thought, however, my feet recouped shortly after I returned home :)

A superb trip. Toronto is a thriving, active city with a great transportation system and a lot of new plus historical buildings. One transit card is good for subway, trolley and bus. We walked 3 miles /day supplemented by public transportation. Jason our outstanding tour director counted us at each stop, showed us how to use the system and get where we wanted to go. He was patient, up to date on history and happenings in and about the city, available for questions. Bruce Bell the Tour Guide and lecturer was best one I have had . His theatrical background and knowledge of history of Toronto was apparent in his lectures plus walking tours. NO Power Point !!... He talked without notes , complete with voice inflections and hand movements that added to the quality and easy to understand verbal presentations. Toronto airport is huge.. comparable to Atlanta. People are most helpful, but do allow extra time there. Great 5 star trip.. give it a try..worth your time!!

This was a great program. One of the best! Great weather helped, so that public transportation might have been not as comfortable, but it was a learning experience!
