The Delmarva trip is a perfect balance of birding, kayaking, and history. Each day creates a unique adventure and all days are enjoyable. Jim Rapp is an excellent tour leader. He is extremely energetic, enthusiastic, upbeat and knowledgeable.

This was an excellent program, thanks to the instructor, Jim Rapp. He was enthusiastic and made sure we all had the best experience possible, rearranging the schedule when weather conditions suggested. He even took us on an unscheduled excursion. Program coordinator needs to learn how to do the job better, though, and not leave all the work up to the instructor. Hotel and food were good but dining room staff could have been more flexible in terms of schedule (e.g., letting us have breakfast earlier or providing buffet breakfast). I recommend this trip to birding and kayaking enthusiasts, and I'm sure the kinks will be ironed out next time around.
