A great trip. Zuni and Acoma were wonderful, and I learned a lot about the descendants of the ancient Anasazi. Chaco itself is without comparison. Dr. Link's lecture was terrific. When we got there, Jerry did a great job getting us around. I've been to Chaco Canyon before. It's very remote, and unique in its size and complexity, full of mysteries and unknowns. Having someone knowledgeable to point you at the right stuff and offer information makes a big difference. If ancient cities in the middle of the desert are something you've got to see, this is for you.

Our guides, Bruce and Jerry, were professional and well informed, and the well prepared lunch in the Zuni reservation was delightful and delicious. We have spent time at Mesa Verde, and now have a fuller revelation of how the Anazazi peoples and culture have influenced the Southwest. Thank you for the connection to the cultures of the ancient ones.

This trip was great. I signed up to see Chaco Canyon, but the trips to Acoma and Zuni turned out to be unexpected gems and really enhanced my understanding of Chaco. Bruce and Jerry were really outstanding - very knowledgeable and helpful.

This trip was the best travel and cultural experience I have had...and just the beginning of many trips to come. I plan to attend a Road Scholar trip at least every six months or so. Thank you especially, to our two leaders, Bruce and Jerry. You exceeded my expectations.
