EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

What a fun trip! The kids had a ball and the grandparents weren’t far behind. The rafting trip had just enough white water to make it exciting. During the rafting trip, there was an opportunity to climb a rope ladder to go up inside a cave that had a waterfall running through it. If you are mobile, don’t miss it. The guides helped us up and down and many of the grans and most of the kids went. The helicopter over the Grand Canyon was just amazing. There were lots of activities at the ranch which were very hands-on, fun and educational. The activities changed from day to day keeping it quite interesting for all of us. The opportunity to meet up close a group of American Indians from Grandma down to baby after their program of stories, singing and dancing was informative & held everyone’s attention. The motel was quaint and had lots of authentic Route 66 era memorabilia. Our rooms could have used some renovation, but they were clean, and they certainly were authentic. It just contributed to the ambiance. The American Indian staff was very friendly and their laid back casual manner was refreshing. Many of the meals were buffet style at the motel, with enough variety that no one went hungry. If you up for an outdoor adventure, you couldn’t do better than this trip.
