This was an great trip with lots of awesome women. Thank you, our host, Cherlita, for a memorable, informative and delicious week. I love when women come together in the sisterhood and bond. Hopefully we will be together on another program again.

Wow! and WOW again! This was my 8th program in Sedona and it was the very best. From Cherlita (Cheryl), our coordinator, to the presenters to the participants this program went above and beyond all our expectations. In addition to learning new modalities of alternative medicine and getting to participate in many ways, we all were more than pleased with the program. When asked our goals, my first goal was to learn to correctly pronounce the names of the topics, and I succeeded in this and much more. The program also had me going out of my comfort zone in 2 areas, which was of concern to me prior to attending, and it turned out to be very comfortable for me. I encourage women of all ages to consider this program - you will not be disappointed. There were mother/daughter duos, friends, sisters-in-law, and many solo participants with ages ranging from 40 - 82. I hope to attend part 2 in October.

This program was worth much more than the actual cost. Everything presented was interesting . The presenters were all very well qualified and we came together in an extraordinary way. I was sad when it ended.

I thought this program was absolutely wonderful. It will take me awhile to absorb all the healing modalities introduced in this program. I met some wonderful people and would definitely recommend this program. Our coordinator, Cheryl, was the best....wonderful teacher and was so accommodating; she worked relentlessly to work out any problems that we had with scheduling and meal choices. The presenters as a whole were varied and interesting and most had many years of experience. Linda from Columbus, OH. Have attended one other program Date Attended: 10/20/13 - 10/25/13

I had a wonderful time at Sedona's Healing Arts for Women. I met some great people, learned new things, and enjoyed my vacation thoroughly. I am so glad I went and will start saving my money for my next adventure with Road Scholar.

This program far exceeded my expectations. It looked intriguing and a candidate for introducing some healthy aspects to my daily routine as I approach retirement. I can already count three healthy changes in that daily routine and am working on implementing a couple more, so that mission is being accomplished. Beyond that, the warmth of the group dynamic that developed of over the week was inspiring. The openness of every woman to every other woman in the group was simply beautiful. Cherlita deserves huge credit for the organization and diversity of subject matter covered over the week. Highly recommended!!!

I can totally recommend this program for a number of reasons; first of all this was the second time I have attended the Sedona Healing Arts for Women. As a matter of fact I liked the first one so much I asked my daughter if she would like to go, hence we made it a Mother/Daughter Retreat. All of the presenters were interesting and varied. It would be difficult to say which one I liked best, because each one completed the whole program. Like fitting pieces of a puzzle together. And I might add each one reinforced the other - complete package. Our coordinator - Cheryl - was outstanding and kept us on schedule and was genuinely interested and talked and spent time with all of us. The Resort where this was held is lovely, as it is in the middle of the Red Rocks. And it was a nice break to have the three meals each day, without having to cook them ourselves.

This was an awesome trip. We experienced lots of topics and take-home information. Our program coordinator, Cherlita, was the BEST! The group consisted of age 25 - 83….all wise women seeking more out of life. I will be returning to Sedona.

Paula from Altoona, PA Number of programs attended:1 Date attended: 11/03/13-11/08/13 This program far exceeded my expectations. The program coordinator set the stage for an enriching 5 days of learning surrounded by the beauty of Sedona, AZ. The resort was a perfect setting. Healing Arts for Women is a must for anyone wishing to feel uplifted, refreshed, and alive. It was also special as my daughter joined me . As other mother/daughters came together and best friends, and new found friends.

An experience for people of ALL AGES. I'm 25 and attended Road Scholar in Sedona, AZ with my mother. It not only was an enriching educational experience, it was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with my mother and learn from all of the other women on the program. It was a life-changing program.

Sharron from Portland, OR Number of programs attended: 19
Date attended: 10/20/13 - 10/25/13
This program met all of my expectations. Because it was an "easy" designation, the activity level was perfect. The speakers were current practitioners who gave pertinent ideas for how to use the modality they taught. This was a program where the content was the major emphasis and the days were full and useful. The site is remote so you have to have your own wheels or expect to pay at least $20 by cab for a round trip to town.

Sheila from Richland, MO Number of programs attended: 4

This program was excellent overall and I highly recommend it. You do need to know that if you want to do serious sightseeing (Sedona's red rocks are fantastic!), you need to add some days. Also, if you forget your toothbrush, there is no place nearby (within walking distance) to buy one, nor at the hotel. Shopping is fabulous in Sedona, but will require a cab to access it, unless you rent a car.

I loved everything about the session - fantastic teachers, excellent group camaraderie, lovely accommodations, the best massage I've ever had, fun times in a great location, and terrific learning experiences. - Lynn Cotter

This was an overall enjoyable program. It proved to be educational and of course was located in an amazing area. I would recommend it.
