This is an excellent program that I highly recommend. Jean Pierre and his wife Debbie are excellent hosts as is Bill Russell, the Program Assistant. We were immediately made to feel welcome and were treated to a well balanced program of educational, sightseeing, dining, musical and relaxation experiences. The places and events made this an excellent program, but the PEOPLE that hosted us made it exceptional. The creativity and humor of our hosts made for a memorable experience. Along with the fun, I gained a whole new appreciation for the history and culture of the French speaking Canadians of Quebec.

This was a great program that exceeded my expectations. I choose Quebec: The Four Field Trip Way because it was outside the US and inside my price & activity range. But I loved Quebec, our program host (Jean-Pierre) and primary guide (Bill). Saw some wonderful sights (the Musee de la Civilisation was WONDERFUL), learned a bit about our neighbor to the north, met some wonderful people and even now am plotting a return. Where I would normally not feel comfortable traveling alone, I've found the 2 RS trips I've been on to be thoroughly enjoyable - the people who attend have been interesting and welcoming. If you are on the fence, get off it and go - you won't regret it!

A wonderful mix of learning, doing and seeing, with delightful hosts in a beautiful city and countryside.

Great program, again due to the wonderful local guides, well as to our hosts, John-Pierre and Debbie. Our housing, at the Auberge in the Laurentian Mountains, was wonderfully scenic. We were fortunate to have a small group (18), which greatly added to the enjoyment! The addition of an evening's entertainment by local musicians was unexpected and delightful. What a talented group!

This program offered a wonderful opportunity to experience the pride that Quebecois take in their heritage. The leaders, Jean Pierre and Debbie (and their daughter Eloise) are incredibly warm and welcoming and happy to share their culture.

It was one of the best we have ever experienced. The site was beautiful. The program was outstanding. Getting to the place was made easy by the program director. Jean-Pierre and Debbie do a great job and Jean-Pierre's wonderful personality is second to none. You will really enjoy this program. Out of 29, it is in my top 2.

This was my 4th Road Scholar trip adventure and rates as my favorite. Jean-Pierre's enthusiasm and pride for his native province and village is contagious. He and his family truly welcome you as if your were part of their family! Great leaders and hosts!! I especially enjoyed the trip to the sugar shack, Isle D'Orleans and of course "Kebec" itself!! Surprised there was only 1 Canadian out of our group of 31.
