Description: The Lake Yellowstone Hotel is the park's oldest and most elegant accommodations. Known as the "Grand Lady of the Lake" with its gables and Ionic columns, the hotel overlooks Yellowstone Lake. The spacious, glassed-in Great Room offers grand views of beautiful Yellowstone Lake and pristine mountain ranges. Completed in 1891, the hotel was renovated in 1990 to reflect the grandeur of the 1920s.
