EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.

Roosevelt Campobello International Park: Campobello Island, 5 nights

Description: Accessible by bridge from Lubec, Maine, this International Park offers 2,800 acres of natural charm, with beaches, hiking trails, bogs, several lighthouses. "Beloved Island" to Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt where they spent their summers in their famous red cottage.

Room amenities: Comfortable, clean, cozy rooms, some with stunning water views, most have ensuite baths.

Facility amenities: Four vintage cottages, built at the turn of the century with beautifully furnished living rooms, dining rooms and sitting rooms. All except Hubbard Cottage have TV. Meals served in dining room of Prince Cottage.

Smoking policy: No
Smoking policies vary by facility. During all group events and activities, smoking is prohibited.

Bathroom: One room has a claw-foot tub with no shower.
