Marie George

Born in Virginia, Marie George married and moved to Naples, Italy at the age of 19. After residing in Italy for four years, she spent the next 15 years traveling with the evangelical organization The Navigators and the Billy Graham Association. An educational excursion leader since 1997, Marie is an expert on the history of the Biltmore Estate and enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge on the Vanderbilts and their home with lifelong learners.

Jane Huffman

A native of Western North Carolina, Jane Huffman is the program coordinator for Conferences and Events at Mars Hill University. At this campus set amid the beautiful Smoky Mountains, she helps to welcome summer camp, corporate and non-profit groups for workshops and educational opportunities. In a logical extension of her role as a local host, Jane serves as a group leader for Road Scholar programs and enjoys educating participants on the riches of her home state.
