I'm bringing my 10 year old granddaughter on the July 20 trip. She loves singing and performing and is so excited. Thanks for all the comments about your adventures on previous trips - can't wait!

Patricia Masek Jul 08, 2014 at 01:36 PM

Any boys going on the July 20th trip?

Anne Kelty Jun 26, 2014 at 12:00 PM

We are bringing our granddaughter on the July 6th trip and I am with her now and she asked how many other kids would be there - didn't see any comments for this trip - anyone?

We are looking forward to meeting you on Sunday. It should be a fun week!

Carole Bergen Mar 24, 2014 at 06:57 PM

I'm going on the adventure starting on June 22nd with my 10 year old granddaughter - she loves theater. I am sure she would love to communicate with others who are going on this program. We live near NYC have been there on several day trips and are looking forward to an extended stay.
Judy Daugherty May 27, 2014 at 01:57 PM

We will be going on the July 20th trip to Broadway with our 11 year old grandaughter who also loves singing, dancing and theater. We'll be anxious to hear how the trip was for you.
Carole Bergen May 27, 2014 at 04:12 PM

Hi Judy, sorry we aren't going at the same time. We'll get back to you when our trip is over. I'll have Allie post her comments and add my own from a grandmother's perspective. By the way have you been on any other grandparent trips that you can recommend?
Judy Daugherty May 30, 2014 at 12:08 PM

Thanks. I know our grandaughter will love hearing all about it. She is very excited. No, we haven't been an any other trips. This is our first. But our grandson is already planning his special trip.
Carole Bergen Jul 01, 2014 at 01:23 PM

Hi Judy, just wanted to let you know that Allie and I had a great time on this trip. You mentioned that your granddaughter loves singing, dancing and theater and you get itall and more plus plus great leaders, speakers and activities. I think you will love it. Last year I took my then 11-year old grandson to the Baseball Home of the Giants program in San Francisco . We loved that one also. Next year I will be taking my next grandson who will be 10 on his trip. He hasn't picked his program yet
Judy Daugherty Jul 05, 2014 at 08:15 PM

Thanks for the info, Carole. Sounds like a great week. We are really looking forward to it. Can you tell me what most people did on their free afternoon?
Carole Bergen Jul 06, 2014 at 09:27 AM

Wax museum, shopping, theater, special restaurant--check with Karl--he can give you other ideas. If you have never been to Macy's in NYC, it is worth a look.
