Barbara Riddle from Mercer Is. Finally got organized and have tickets for Eugen Onegin and Don Giovanni in Vienna; Mefistofele and Werther in Munich; and The Nightingale/Iolanta and Praque Radio Synphony Orchestra in Prague. Hope that some of you will be going to these also.

Barbara Riddle from Mercer Is. Wa. Going on the Oct. 22 trip. Has anyone booked tickets for Munich and Prague? Mr. and Mrs Bruestle, May I ask who you booked your tickets thru? I prebooked a ticket for Eugen Onegin, but am not sure a ticket will be released to the agency.
Is any going to Budapest before our trip?
I am going on Oct.19,
Looking forward to meeting everyone.

We are in "can't wait" mode at this point. Have reserved tickets for Vienna Phiilharmonic and the Volksoper "Merry Widow." Dawn and I are both musicians, what does Bob play?
Sheryl Farley Bob Carwell Sep 08, 2015 at 04:46 PM

I know what you mean about "can't wait!" Bob plays piano, guitar, banjo and harmonica. He is recently taking a course online from London in cinematic score composing. Where do you live? We have no tickets!! What do you play? Thanks for writing!

Had been on the Wait List for May 15 tickets for Nabucco at the Vienna Opera on May 14. They just cleared at Euro 199 each. Fine seats but not together. The website now shows that Category F tickets are available for order at Euro 102 online. All others Sold Out http://www.viennaconcerts.com/eventinfo/Vienna-State-Opera-NABUCCO-14-May-2015/32112

Just booked this for the 15 May departure. Will be spending a few days in Salzburg prior to joining the tour. Plan to arrive in Vienna 15 May. Looking forward to meeting you all. Also looking at opportunities to attend performances not included in the tour.

My husband and I are also participating in the May 15 program (from CA). Any advice about obtaining tickets to the State Opera in Vienna? The packet suggests finding ticket resellers but, so far, no luck.

Hello Bethany
Marlene Feb 28, 2015 at 12:37 AM

I will be arriving in Vienna on 15 May. I was able to acquire a ticket for Mozart's "Requiem" at the Karlskirche (St. Charles Chuch) the evening of of 05/18 and am in the que for a ticket for Nabucco on 05/18. I was able to book a number of performances in many venues in the cities we will be visiting. Please contact me directly if I can be of assistance - schmidge@comcast.net
