I'm interested in sharing a ride to the Hilo hotel on Nov. 1. Anyone else arriving on DL flight 6830 (HA) arriving at 6:17pm

There was just an article in Living Bird about the Laysian Albatross nesting in Kauai. I will be on the November 2 - 9 trip and am wondering if this is too early? They are supposed to appear in early November.

I will be on the Big Island 2 days before the tour begins 2/14-15 & am thinking of renting a car to drive around the island & perhaps see a few things that won't be on the tour. Anyone else be there early?
