See our Small Group programs.

ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Margaret Rosenbloom Jul 22, 2014 at 02:44 PM

We are signing up for Nov 6 trip. Any advice regarding weather at that time?
Merv Hall Aug 19, 2014 at 09:28 PM

Also on this trip. Weather looks typically tropical. From mid-Florida so I should feel right at home
Jean Rast Oct 16, 2014 at 11:40 AM

I am on this trip. Very curious about temperature and what to pack.

Margaret Rosenbloom Oct 16, 2014 at 10:12 PM

Hi Jean. Looking at various weather summaries I get impression it will not be super hot and humid. Temps ranging from 60s to high 70s, and we may get some rain. But there are several stops so could be different by the coast than in the mountains inland. Looking forward to it whatever the weather.

Hi Edith.
My husband, my sister and I are going on the 4/24 trip.
I am also an Edith but I usually answer to Edie.
Pam Arsenault Mar 16, 2014 at 09:10 AM

Hi Edie, My friend and I will be coming from Redmond, OR through San Francisco to Belize. Where are you three?
Edie Main Mar 16, 2014 at 12:06 PM

My sister is coming from around Chicago. Not sure exactly where she connects to get to Belize. Chuck and I live on the Olympic peninsula near Port townsend. We fly to Houston - then on to Belize.

Hi Peggy --- We look forward to meeting you on January 23. We are from Plymouth MN which is a suburb of Minneapolis. We have attended one other Road Scholar program, the kayaking trip to Quebec and Vermont last fall. We enjoyed it very much.

Interesting. I'm from Lincoln, Vermont. I'll have to talk to you about that kayaking trip when we meet.
