Thanks for your response. We talked it over and don't think that the hike is possible for us as we will not arrive until sometime Sunday afternoon - thanks for the invite!
Looking forward to meeting you on september 7th. Len

Hi, I'm also in the 9/7-9/13/2014 program. I'm considering a hike to Fairy Falls prior to program start and am hoping others might be interested in joining me.

Rima, nice to hear from you. Elaine and I will be comings

Rima, Elaine and I will be coming in from Billings, MT, about a 3 hour drive, on Sunday, September 7th. When are you planning to hike to Fairy Falls? Len
Rima Hawkins Aug 22, 2014 at 12:03 AM

Hi Len, I'm arriving late Friday, but I have no specific plan for the hike. Park info states 3-4 hours for the hike plus an hour or so to get to the trailhead, so I don't think there is enough free time during the program to do this. There doesn't seem to be any local transportation in Gardiner or the Park, so I'm willing to share cost for gas if there are folks with a vehicle who also want to do the hike. I hear the Fairy Falls hike offers a great view of the Grand Prismatic Spring.

Elaine and Len Jozwiak are going on the Great Caldera trip September 7th and would like to dialogue with other participants.

My party of 3 will be going Aug. 10-15 to the Great Caldera program. We are staying 2 extra days(til Aug.17) and have a great day of activity planned for the 16th. We are going rafting on the Yellowstone River plus hiking some oft used trails, all with a guide. If anyone else is staying and would like to join our group on the 16th, we'd like to have you join us! I can give details....so post to this board and we can get in touch........Linda in NC

Hi - we have a couple of photos we took on the way from Gardiner to Jackson Hole and we don't know if they're a coyote or a wolf (we *want* it to be a wolf....) Hoping to get in touch with our guide as we've no doubt he'd know.
