I went on this trip several summers ago. It was great! What would you like to know?

Scott Loomer Sep 29, 2015 at 04:17 PM

We're signed up for the 10 July 2016 program. Anyone else?

Anne Brooks Jun 29, 2015 at 05:46 PM

In the summer National Parks Magazine that I received today there is an article entitled A Stitch In Time. I see that the exhibit will be at Glacier NP July-Sept. I hope we all get to see it. Check out the article.

How is transportation to the program site handled? Would I need to rent a car to get there?
Martha Schooley Sep 07, 2015 at 02:12 PM

Does anyone know if there's convenient public transportation from Kalispell to the Amtrak Station in Whitefish?
Richard Sugiyama May 07, 2015 at 08:12 PM

According to the Hilton Garden Inn's "amenities," they provide complimentary shuttle bus service. We'll be taking Amtrak too, but the arrival/departure times are WELL before/after hotel check in/out times.

We will be at the Glacier airport on Monday, Sept.8 at 2:00 p.m. Anyone want to share a taxi to the Kandahar Lodge?

I am on the 18-25 August trip. I arrive around 4pm. Is anyone interested in sharing a ride? The only transportation option I saw was taxi. Is there also a van/shuttle option?
Edna Alvarez Jul 27, 2014 at 03:40 PM

I have not heard from anyone regarding a share. Anyone interested?

Edna, Our RS hotel provides a shuttle from the airport.
