6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Active
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

This was a fabulous program. We had a small group which added to our enjoyment. Peg, our group leader is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and a local. She's the best. I was almost going to give up on the 3 mile roundtrip hike at Logan Pass but decided to persevere. I am so glad I did because the scenery is breathtaking and the hike exhilarating. How could I not follow my 10 1/2 year old granddaughter up that trail? The kids were busy enough that they had little time to think about missing their technology! Thanks Road Scholar for a second wonderful Intergenerational Program. I so believe in what you are doing.

Just returned from this FABULOUS trip! 4 days in some of the most beautiful part of our country. The kids loved the aerial adventure and Alpine Slide on day 1. Many interpretive talks and hands on activities, a hardy hike and relaxing float trip. This trip is a must for all! The staff was beyond terrific-the best in the field and oh, so great, with the kids.

Not sure about exactly what type of clothing to bring??? Also, will walking sticks be absolutely necessary? They can not be hand carried abord the plane and I was hoping not to check luggage...
