ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding, and rewarding, programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
If you’re looking for a more flexible schedule with ample independent time and several meals on your own, then our FLEX learning adventures are made for you.

This is my first Road Scholar Trip, I am really looking forward to it. I am thinking of going a few days earlier to explore Boston.

If you've not been to Boston, I heartily recommend spending some time there if you can. downtown is very walkable and easy to negotiate. We did on our own a couple years ago and doing both on our own and as part of another trip this year.

I will be connecting to another Road Scholar trip after this one ends. Has anyone left this trip back to Boston IF you're not going to Logan to leave?
James Beneteau Aug 04, 2014 at 02:28 PM

We are also going to be doing another trip (Boston to Montreal) after this one. Continuing to stay at the same hotel for the interim since both programs originate there. Hotel extends the same rate (better to coordinate through RS if you want to do this; hotel rep got confused over the different programs.)

I realized that the wrong date was on the final form. Please change the date of Progran21005rj to Sept 8. Please confirm that the change has been made. All other information is correct
