To Armando and anyone who went on the 10/16/15 tour:

My wife and I are scheduled for the 2/12/16 trip, and would appreciate knowing your experience of your trip, especially Kathmandu. Thanks

Recommend working very close with Road Scholar about getting Indian Visa. We had a horrible time getting ours from the embassy. Start the process now.

Looking forward to our 10/16/15 trip to India and Nepal. Would like to hear from anyone who has traveled to that area before. Thank you.

My husband and I (73,71) are old India hands but have never been on a tour together. We are considering the new trip to Sri Lanka and Southern India next Feb., but would like to hear first how some of you feel about a group of 24? I went alone on an OAT tour whose max was 16, and 24 sounds like a lot. We also wonder if anyone familiar with India travel can tell us how good a job Road Scholar does.

At JFK at the gate :-)

Hi Cindy: Have a really great time for both of us... maybe you will even get a single room. I had to cancel at the last moment (yesterday) -- got ill, worn out, flu, ... let me know when you return how it went. I am hoping to reschedule.

this will be my first trip to India - does anyone have a recommendation on what women ought to wear - is it better to wear long pants or skirts below the knees? Sleeveless shirts? I am on the February 27th trip.
