As posted earlier, Ill be attending the program that starts June 16 and inquired about ride-sharing from the airport to K Bar S. Friday June 1 I called Airport Shuttle Company and told 'em I'm arriving in Rapid City June 16 @ 10:40AM and want to share a limo with another couple. $23/person sounds better than $45/person... :) The man I spoke with said no problem. He looked on his roster of arrivals for the Road Scholar program, told me another couple is arriving @11:15AM, so if my wife and I go to their counter in the baggage area and identify ourselves, we'll wait for the other couple to arrive, then they'll take us to K Bar S for $23/person. Bottom line: The Airport Shuttle Company person gave me the impression that if Road Scholar participants notify them of when we're scheduled to arrive, they'll work with us to create groupings that will allow us to have the $23/person rate.

Hi, My husband and I will be attending the Mount Rushmore program starting Sunday, June 9. We will be arriving in Rapid City 9:38 a.m. Is anyone arriving about that time so that we could share a ride to the K Bar S Lodge?

Wife and I will arrive Rapid City around 1:30 PM Sun May 19 and will rent a car. We have room for two passengers to the Lodge for the Mount Rushmore, Black Hills trip, which begins later that day.

We have two couples attending May 10th. Larry and Jinkie from Little Rock AR. Paul and Peggy from Fearrington Vilage, NC. Paul and Peggy are seasoned Roads Scholar attendees. This is Larry and Jinkies first Roads Scholars trip. We are really excited about our trip. I am attending the program on July 28, and plan to arrive on Saturday, July 27. I would like to find others interested in going to Devils Tower as a day trip on July 28 before the official start of our program at dinner time. We could rent a car to share or go on a custom tour for about $99 per person. cjabeach@msn.com
