This is a hello to anyone going next week - Jan. 25 - 30, 2015. (I hope it warms up while we're there!)

Helen- We're glad you're joining us! Temperatures in Texas were in the 70s this week, and are expected to be in the high 60s or low 70s next week.

What is the weather like in San Antonio the first week of February?
Natalie Maynor Dec 31, 2014 at 07:12 PM

Why do I have the feeling you're not from the South? :-) Your question is impossible to answer not only for San Antonio but for pretty much anywhere else in the South. It can be 80 degrees one week and 20 degrees the next week. It's easy to know what kind of weather to expect in summer, but winter is a guessing game. I happened to go on the San Antonio trip last year in *extremely* cold weather (late January), but that was unusual weather for San Antonio. I would recommend looking at weather forecasts the week before to see what it's looking like. You can also see weather history for a particular date on sites like wunderground.com.

I am attending this program from Feb. 1-6, 2015. I would appreciate a female, non smoking roommate.

Faye- if you register and enroll with "double occupancy", we will pair you with a female roommate. All of the rooms at the hotel are non-smoking, and we'll put you with another non-smoker. We hope you sign up to join us!

I have already enrolled as a single. How do I change this to a double? Will I receive a refund on the single supplement?

You may change your enrollment status. Please call our office at 512-471-3599 to discuss.

On February 2 I am driving from Spring, TX to San Antonio for this program. I will be glad to take someone OR I would contribute to gas if someone else is driving and would like a passenger.

This is a hello to anybody else going Jan. 26-31.

Is there any woman who would like to share a room on this program? I'm fairly open on dates after January.

Joan Bugbee Apr 10, 2013 at 08:45 AM

Would like list of participants for April 14-19 session

Joan- We hope your enjoyed your trip to San Antonio. As I'm sure you know by now, we provide a list of fellow participants at the orientation meeting on the first day of the program. Hope you had a great time!

I did this program last fall. It is soooo much fun and the hotel is amazing. Really the entire program was top notch. Don't let yourself miss any lectures, they are amusing, entertaining AND informative.
