6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderately Challenging
Love to learn in a small-group setting? This collection of programs has at most 10-24 participants.
See our Small Group programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

We have signed up for the 31 August to 5 September 2014 trip. Immediately after the conclusion of the trip we need to get to the Denver airport in order to fly back. Should anyone be driving down to Denver on 5 September 2014, we would be happy to share driving costs.

Hi everyone, I'm Greg from Evanston IL; this will be my third Road Scholar trip, the first two being out in Pingree Park, which was and I believe, a dynamite program. There will be two of us from Evanston, picking up a third who lives in Boulder. We're all looking forward to this hike.

Rich Makela from Bloomington, MN. This is my first Road Scholar event, but not my first time hiking in the mountains. My wife is attending a conference at Colorado College, so I get to go play in the park. Looking forward to meeting new friends.

Hello fellow hikers. My name is Penny Leighton, I'm looking forward to this trip.
This will be my 4th R.S. trip. I'm from San Antonio, Tx. So the cool weather will be a real treat! I'm arriving a day early to try to acclimate to the altitude. I will also be staying a day later to enjoy the town.
Anyone else out there?
