While all of our learning adventures offer extraordinary value, our "Best Value" programs were rated by our participants themselves who thought their dollar went particularly far.
Love to learn in a small-group setting? This collection of programs has at most 10-24 participants.
See our Small Group programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

I am enrolled in the April 22nd trip and am wondering if anyone is interested in arriving a day earlier, renting a car, and going down to Antelope Canyon in Arizona, about a 3 hour drive from St. George.

I am signed up for the October 8-13 trip and I am wondering if anybody might be interested in arriving a few days earlier and renting a car to explore the Valley of Fire just northeast of Las Vegas and/or take a few short hikes in Death Valley?

I will not be arriving until late Oct. 7, but will be staying Oct. 13 and 14, then doing the Best Friends Animal Sactuary trip. Looking for someone who might rent a car for the weekend and go hiking somewhere nearby. Would this work? Already booked my flight.

I am flying into Las Vegas on Oct. 6 in the evening. I am planning to stay in Vegas for a night and I am still hoping to find someone who is interested in visiting thee Valley of Fire or Death Valley before starting the hiking trip. I am perhaps available to go hiking in the St. George area on Oct. 8 in the morning. Unfortunately I am flying back home right after the trip ends

Well, rats. I am flying in to Vegas quite late on the 7th. Plan to overnight in a motel near the airport, take the shuttle to St. George in the AM, arriving St. George 1 PM. Could take the 8AM shuttle, arr. 11AM, and that would leave the aft. for hiking.
