Road Scholar has thousands of educational adventures to choose from. A good way to narrow down our list is to browse our collection of "Most Popular" programs.
See all of our Most Popular programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

I'm wondering how to get a list of the people, other than my wife and myself, who have enrolled in this program. Anyone know?

We are on the trip in May, how about you?

This was my first official trip with RS (unofficial one in 2007 at seniors' camp in Algonquin Park in Ontario, Canada which was a ball!) Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and it was well-paced, with excellent lectures and information. Coming from Canada I book-ended this trip with a drive to and from Albuquerque..."to" = on the highway and "from" on great back roads via Madrid. Loved Santa Fe and will go back for a length of time, in the future. As an artist, it was a gold mine of inspiration! Travelling solo from Canada, RS provides me with safety, good meals, good company, good planning so I just have to show up!

Have u gone on other trips w/Road Scholar? This is my 1st & I'm not sure what to expect.
Bonnie Lewis Oct 15, 2012 at 10:48 PM

I live in Milwaukee so you and I must be close I also thought about warmth & looked closely at Monterey but the accommodations didn't appeal to me! I'm set for this one & am hopeful it will be fun. Let me know if you decide to go. Perhaps we could talk. I've got flights already & if you decide to go and travel from Mitchell Field, we could take the same flights and perhaps share transportation from Albuquerque to Santa Fe

Hi! I see there is a good chunk of time at the O'Keefe museum and a fair amount of time in Sante Fe.
Does that mean that one could take a side trip to her house? That is on my "bucket list".
Thanks,
Christy Delk

My roommate and I also want to go to house. I know that reservations are required. We really don't know when to go. Perhaps we should skip lunch at the Blue Corn Cafe on Wed. and go for the afternoon.
