Traveling with my 13 year old granddaughter on the June 28 trip. On the final day in Rome, we are planning on taking the train to Pisa then meeting the group in Florence. Would anyone like to join us?

I am traveling with my 13 year old grandson on the July 4-18 trip. Am looking forward to hearing about other travelers.

I heard today that Venice passed a law banning suitcases with wheels. Has anyone else heard this?
Maria Gladd Feb 02, 2015 at 10:45 PM

After an outcry, the mayor announced the law would only impact vendor pushcarts.

Hi Mary! We are looking forward to meeting you all, as well! Any idea how many others are traveling with us? I tried to locate that information and could not.

Hi Sherry,

A while ago i caled R.S. to ask about who would be coming - just some numbers. I found out that at that time there were 8 young people signed up with their parents and grandparents. I'm sure there are more now. They had to call me back after researching my question.but were helpful.
Sherry Larson Jul 01, 2014 at 06:13 PM

Thank you for the update! In any event, it will be a wonderful trip!

Sherry Larson Jul 01, 2014 at 03:38 PM

Hi Marylou,
It's great that you and your daughter and two granddaughters will be going on the trip to Italy on July 15. My granddaughter (13) who is going with my husband and me also went on the RS Paris program last year and had a wonderful time.
