Leaving on the October 13,2013 tour. Can't wait. Charles and I love trains and prefer train to any other kind of travel.

Has anyone had experience taking the SuperShuttle from the hotel to the airport?
I was wondering how much time to allow?
Nan Rebik Jul 16, 2013 at 07:12 PM

I used to take the shuttle all the time. It ran fairly regularly and delivered people to hotels usually within an hour. That was, however, several years ago and may have changed.

My husband and I just completed this program . It was a great adventure. The leaders were wonderful and the places we visited were great. The train museum in Sacramento was over the top.
We had great weather and didnt need any layers of clothing except for first thing in the morning when away from Sacramento. The food was very good and the train ride to Reno was breathtaking. I am from the east coast so seeing all the mountains was a pleasure.

We are registered for 10/14-19/2012 trip. I would like to make contact with some who are scheduled for this adventure. We're from SC and are graduates of "The USC" on the east coast.
