Is anyone signed up for the April or May program? I live in the NYC area and I don't drive, but I'm willing to share gas and toll costs for a ride. Please let me know if you are interested. I can take the train to meet you and we can drive up together. Thanks so much for considering it because I really want to find a way to go.

I'm all signed up for the Nov. program. Anyone else going?

I am also signed up for the November program -looking forward to visiting Corning again as it's been a log time since my last visit. Looking forward to the glassmaking - hope to make some Christmas gifts. I am driving from PA, near Philadelphia

I live just outside of Ithaca, so it's only a couple hour drive for me. I'm looking forward to making some Christmas presents, as well. I look forward to meeting you.

You will want to keep most of what you make. Plan on buying and have packed in your box.

I'm hoping to attend this program in Nov. I am so excited, I have loved visiting Corning Museum of Glass since I was a very young child. I still remember the museum before Hurricane Agnes devastated the area, and I've been there many times since. I used to go with my grandparents and now I go with my grandchildren.

To escape the mid-winter jickers (a la Dr. Suess) and rather than flee south for the warmth (there are bugs, humidity, snails and crock-o-gators there) I will be sitting around the hearth of a glass furnace listening to the February winds of Corning, N.Y. moaning in the eaves.

Anyone else around??

Gust, in invigorating Wisconsin, who has never met a person he couldn't learn from.

My husband (Hugo) and I (Diana) will be attending the November program. We are driving up from Washington DC.
