We are from South Carolina. Will be participating in this program on our way to upsate New York, where we are originally from (southern Adirondacks), and where we spend the summer.

We are Carl and Bobbie Farrington and we are looking forward to attending this program May 17-22, 2015. We are living in California but were both brought up on the East Coast.

Will the program continue as described in spite, somehow, of the U.S. government closure of national parks?
Any information?

Mt. Vernon is opened, it's run by private non-profit, the rest?

What a great week to be here and be able to travel to the homes of all these outstanding leaders of our country. William & Mary College run a super program. The course content was excellent, the speakers knowledgeable and the accommodations lovely. it was a treat to enjoy a meal at Michie Tavern. Ward, our bus driver, was very helpful about using public transportation on our free time. Eileen, our coordinator, was on top of everything. Make plans to attend this wonderful program!
