Easy
For people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
Moderate
These programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
Active
For people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately Challenging
For hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
Challenging
Get ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

ROAD SCHOLAR, Can you HELP? No response since Sun Sep 9. Wed, Sep 19...
My RS Student ID # is 606113004, my Conf #7171679, Arizona Tour 1088RJ, Oct 19-25
Hello Road Scholar:
I have been trying for weeks to obtain a response regarding the Trip Cancel, Interr and Delay Insurance. I know you don't have the information, but could you help me with this Berkeley Care Insurance Company?
As I am overseas, I would really be grateful for some good Road Scholar Customer Service to someone who has just purchased a large package I might want to protect: Order Number 7171679, purchased Sep 6.
As you can see, today I have just sent them my 4th Email to try to get a response from them. I would have thought they would want my business! But since Sun Sep 9, I have been awaiting a reply.
My question, basically is:
1. If my plane to the Covered Trip - program is delayed for 6 hours (Page 9, the Brochure), which means I would have to fly out the next day, and would make me miss a whole day of an already-short 6 day program, may I "return home", as they say in their Brochure (Page 9), and be covered for what I paid RS and the Airlines?
OR 2. Would I have to miss "50% of the program" (Page 8, the Brochure) before they reimburse me, even though that means of course that I miss an entire half of the program. That seems unreasonable.
Please, do help me obtain the answer to this.
Thank you very much,
Dr Michael Len

Wed Sep 19, 2012 4th Email, same question. Hello.
Friday, Sep 14, 6:25 PM
Is my question too difficult for you? Let me know, and I will go to another insurance compnay.
--
Mon Sep 10, 2012 7PM SECOND Request for info. Am worried. 1).I made total payment on Thurs, Sep 6. Does that mean my 5 days to decide to purchase this policy runs to Thurs Sep 13, i.e., 5 "WORKING" days? AND 2). I still wish to know which: "6 hours" OR missing "50% of the program", to be covered for Trip Delay. THANK YOU. Please, help!

My RS Student ID # is 606113004, my Conf #7171679, Arizona Tour 1088RJ, Oct 19-25. Single.
* I worry about air delays.
1. If, as on Page 9: Trip Delay, aircraft is delayed 6 hours, may I cancel? OR:
2. Page 8: I only insured if I miss 50% of the Covered Trip?
So, PLEASE: 1. Clarify re when I may cancel my trip under your coverage.
RS says I must ask you these questions.
Thank you,
Dr Michael Len, drmlen@gmail.com

I am invited to sign in on the Social Network part of this RS website. Yet, it does not allow me to enter info about myself, like Trip Advisor does, for example???? Any ideas, anyone???? Is the website just being tempermental. It allows me to "Edit my Profile", a Profile which I am having difficulty putting in.
