Has anybody going on the September 26th Rim to Shore: Costa Rica Multi-Sport Adventure trip received their final travel documents yet? I got the email saying mine was mailed but nothing has arrived. I called and they promised to mail another set, which prompted another email, but that one hasn't arrived yet either. Today I was told, via email from Holbrook Travel that the arrival and departure details have changed, but no details on how. Frustrating.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone is signed up yet for the Dec 5 to 15th Rim to Shore: Costa Rica Multi-Sport Adventure, Program: 19243. Also, if there is any advice to share from anyone who has previously taken the trip during early December.
Ron Haynes Sep 17, 2015 at 02:08 PM

My husband & I just signed up for the Dec 5-15 Costa Rica trip. We are also looking for advice!

Frederic, what airline did you fly from Charlotte?
Pearl Scheve Jul 06, 2015 at 02:33 PM

oops...should have been a question for Janelle and Max

Pearl Scheve Jul 06, 2015 at 08:04 AM

How many folks were in the group on previous trips?

Pearl Scheve Jul 06, 2015 at 08:03 AM

Joining the 9/26 trip as well from St. Louis. Thanks to all for your questions and answers in the previous entries. Travel arrangements still pending. This will be RS trip #8 for me. Excited since first international RS trip. Celebrating pre-retirement - possible retirement in a few years after 40 years in education scene.

deanna holder Jun 28, 2015 at 10:43 PM

No retired from Verizon.
Ric Anderson Jun 29, 2015 at 09:02 AM

I spoke with the RS folks, confirmed that you can request to join the transfer from the San Joes airport to the Hotel Rincon del Valle. Their travel partners are to contact me with availability and confirmation in late August. But you need to be on the list ahead of time for that to happen.
deanna holder Jul 12, 2015 at 04:52 PM

Thanks. I requested to be picked up. They also let me have a flight so I will artive at hotel closer to 11:30 am than 11:30 pm.
