I'm on the September 23rd trip and leaving from Boston. Anyone else going at that time? Sounds like a wonderful trip.

Libby and Herb Ware leave from Washington Dulles at 6:00 p.m. on Sep 23.
Susan Steele Aug 21, 2015 at 10:08 AM

I believe three of my friends are also on that flight. I'll be looking forward to meeting you in Switzerland.

Until Road Scholar gets this worked out, many of us will have the same first (Premium), middle (Email) and last (Subscriber) names. Hope we all clear immigration and customs! We do this trip in October.

We want to know what the transportation was from the hotel to the train stations by venue. Did you walk with your luggage from the hotel to train station, take a bus, or what? We are on an upcoming trip.
Herbert Ware Aug 22, 2015 at 10:16 AM

Unknown. We don't go until Sep 23. Perhpas those who HAVE been on this trip can comment.

Hi Bruce and Day Ann. Thanks for your greeting. You saw our particulars in an earlier post. Now we're focused on Switzerland...reading some recommended books and studying maps. We look forward to meeting you next month. Best regards, Allan and Ding Wicker

Looking to connect with people traveling on August 11-26 trip to Switzerland by Rail.

Hi, Richard Shelby and Sharon Weiss. Chuck and I are on the Sept 6-21 Switzerland By Rail program. We've been to France and Italy (both with RS) so have two and three prong plugs. I see that our trip is wait-listed. Is anyone else going at that time? Glad we signed up as soon as it was available last year. We live in Glencoe, IL and will be flying out of O'Hare in Chicago. Anyone else taking that flight?

Sharon Weiss Jun 20, 2015 at 06:33 PM

I checked our netbook, and it has a 2 pronged plug, and we already have the "C" adapter plugs, so I believe we don't need anything else, right? Can one of you experts please confirm this? Thank you.
