Looking forward to spending the week in Chattanooga with our 10 yr. old granddaughter.

Hello, I am looking forward to the trip almost as much as my 2 grandsons. Jack is 11 and Andrew is 9. We are flying in from NY. We all live in the Hudson Valley area. This is my first intergenerational but my 3rd trip with Road Scholar. The boys are very friendly and especially interested in the aquarium. See you all in less than 2 weeks!

I am bringing my 9 year-old grandson on the trip that starts July 13. My grandson is very smart and loves to read, and he is a little shy. He is nervous about this trip and being around people he doesn't know. He is also a late-bloomer athletically, although he is an excellent swimmer. I'm just hoping that there will be some other boys there that are feeling a little shy and nervous, so it might be easier for my guy to fit in. I'm interested to hear from other families who are going. We are coming from Florida, and arriving the afternoon before the program starts on Sunday. I am looking forward to meeting the other adults, and spending time with people who enjoy being a grandma as much as I do. I hope I hear from some of you. The trip sounds wonderful. Thanks, Kathy Greene

My 11 (almost 12) year old grandson Connor and I are going on this trip starting July 6th. We are coming in from NC and looking forward to a wonderful week. Last year I took my 13 year grandson on the baseball trip and we had a wonderful week! Great bonding time for everyone!

My husband and I took our 10 yr old grandson on this trip last summer and all enjoyed it thoroughly. The coordinator, Carol, was great and made things go very smoothly. Our grandson enjoyed all the activities--it would be hard to single out what he liked most. He loved the pools at the motel, especially the one with the waterfall. Our group was about evenly split with boys and girls so it was balanced. I think you'll have a very good experience.

Joan - we are bringing our 9 year old grandson James.

The night at the aquarium seems to be the draw. My grandson, Aiden, 11 yrs old, and I will be driving from Cleveland, OH to attend this program.
