5 Days | 4 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderately Challenging
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.

ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Any one going on the DC trip starting April 20, 2015? What is the itinerary? Especially for the last Day April 24,2014 because I am making flight reservations and the one I am looking at will leave the area 1:45pm. Will I be missing something important?
Helen Sternheim Nov 05, 2014 at 04:00 PM

Most programs have a day by day itineary posted here on the web site, They do change occasionally.
Anne Gardepe Nov 07, 2014 at 08:49 AM

The best thing to do is call RS and ask that specific question.

Thanks for the reply. The Hotel wasn't very helpful so we did not make a reservation. We are driving from Wisconsin and may decide to stop before we get there. Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of the group. John & Karen

Hi Maureen, Fred and I will look forward to meeting you and Mike. We are from Iowa, and I am also a retired teacher. I taught 40 years at a private business college in Des Moines. My husband is also retired and owned his own water treatment business for many years. We will be in DC just for the five days. Kay Smith and Fred Larrison
