See our Small Group programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.

Anyone going Jan. 18 and want to share a car from Midland?

Maike Byrd Nov 25, 2014 at 10:11 PM

Dear Jesmin,
Thank you for offering to share a ride with me. Midland is not working out for me and I have decided to go on a different trip. Thanks again,
Mai

I just found that there is still an opening in the Big Bend hiking trip for Dec 7 and am considering going. However, I will not want to drive the 300 miles down there by myself. Is there anyone who could possibly give me a ride from El Paso airport, or if not El Paso, from Midland?
Thanks,
Mai

Planning to go November 2015. Those that have gone how cold does it get there? It seems that temps have been on the thirties recently. And is there a chance of running into snow?
John Moyer Nov 16, 2014 at 06:36 AM

Layers Barbara. I went in January 13, lowest temp was 38, highs in the low 70's. No snow, no ice on rocks!

I signed up for the 11/2 program, last minute, and have a roommate assigned to me. if you are that person, write back as it would be great to know who I'm paired with prior to 11/2/14. I think I got the last spot...can't wait.

I have a car rented and am driving from Midland, staying overnight there on 12/6/14. Let me know.
Jesmin Mitra Oct 22, 2014 at 05:08 PM

I am flying in on United, arriving at 1pm on the 7th. Would be happy to split the rental with you.
Ellen Isaacs Oct 27, 2014 at 09:36 PM

Since I am flying in on 12/6, I was hoping to leave in the morning and make it a leisurely drive to the park. I look forward to seeing you there. Ellen
Jesmin Mitra Oct 31, 2014 at 02:42 PM

No problem, Ellen. I'll see you there.
