12 Days | 11 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Active
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Do we really need coats for the June trip?
Susan Whittaker Jun 24, 2014 at 12:34 AM

I think the low temps should be in the high 50s/low 60s. Layers should be sufficient.

Jeanette Preminger Mar 29, 2014 at 03:10 PM

anyone planning to go on either june or sept trip? thanks.
Betty Mollick Mar 29, 2014 at 06:06 PM

We're going on the June trip with another couple. We think it should be a good time of year to go.

Betty Mollick Jan 04, 2014 at 08:53 AM

Just wondering if anyone knows what the vegetarian option is on this trip. I'm considering it, but would like some details. Thanks!
Roberta Henry Jan 04, 2014 at 09:12 AM

I did the On the Road Portland to Ca Redwoods, and we ate at different restaurants each day. I'm a vegetarian who eats fish. Their was always plenty of options for me.
Betty Mollick Jan 04, 2014 at 09:45 AM

That's good to know. Thanks
Rich Roy Jan 04, 2014 at 12:41 PM

...we did the full Pacific NW trip and had great options...lots of good seafood choices and they can take care of gluten-free needs and related dietary issues ... very good to help you with food needs...
Rich Roy Jan 04, 2014 at 12:42 PM

AND, you can fill out your list of any dietary issues and needs when you complete your actual registrations ... have a great time
