Take a cab over to Old Town, Linda. Lots of shops, places to eat, along with the ambience of New Mexico. I wish I had had more time to spend there.

Retiring to this neck of the woods, or whether it might be too small-towny. I did a painting course in Santa Fe a few years ago and loved the town. Quite cosmopolitan and arty due to lots of in-comers. But snowy in winter. And plane connections to Santa Fe suck.

I loved this trip. I went in November 2012. Since everything is planned and included in the cost, it's a relaxing, fun, educational trip.

My husband and I are excited to be going to Santa Fe on the May 19 "On the Road" trip. As an artist, (I make pottery)I really want to see the galleries and beauty of the area and pueblos. I look forward to meeting some of the other travellers!
