I am curious about the amount of walking on this program. Is it really up to 3 miles per day?
Evelyn Brzezinski Jan 14, 2016 at 07:58 PM

My recollection is that the first full day, we were on our feet pretty much all morning. That was split between a tour of one theater and then the theater district as a whole. The other days, though, it didn't seem like that much. It all depends on which plays you see and where those theaters are located. Our three plays happened to be quite close to the hotel.

I was curious about what to wear, too. Just be yourself and you'll fit be part of the group who are experiencing NY. Everything goes.

Evelyn Brzezinski Oct 18, 2015 at 03:32 PM

I'm attending this program in early December 2015. I live in Oregon, where folks are quite casual in terms of what they wear to the theater. I know it will be dressier in NYC. What advice can you give for what to wear to the plays, especially those at night?
Sandi Heath Oct 19, 2015 at 12:29 AM

You don't have to get dressed up. I wear what some people call "Business Casual" People in New York seem to wear whatever they want.
Marion Foss Oct 25, 2015 at 11:37 AM

Wear black and you will fit in anywhere!
