Road Scholar
Program #5629RJ
6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate
Road Scholar has thousands of educational adventures to choose from. A good way to narrow down our list is to browse our collection of "Most Popular" programs.
See all of our Most Popular programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

The Cajun culture program (#5629RJ 12May14 - 17May14) will be fun and informative. As Texans we enjoy these good neighbors and are eager to learn more about their life. We hope by the means of this social network to visit with others who will make this particular journey. Carl & Jo Shannon, Houston, TX April 1, 2014

If you live in Westchester County NY, consider flying out of the county airport. Delta flies non stop to Atlanta. Layover is 2 hours or less. Let the good times roll.

Looking forward to the May 12-17th, 2014 program. My sister and I are Acadian. Our roots are Nova Scotia and New Brunswick parents. It will be exciting to know more about those Acadian that traveled to Louisiana.

I'm going on that same trip. It's my first RS experience and I'm so looking forward to it. I love Zydeco and the food sounds delicious. Looking forward to meeting you! Barbara

My husband and I are registered for the first session in November. It will be our first Road Scholar trip, and a celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. Is anyone else going?
