Glad to meet you! I live in NJ and this will be my 1st trip to Alaska. I've arranged to take the van up to Denali, although the train trip will probably be more interesting. Have you been on Road Scholar trips before? T

My friend Nina and I will be taking the Denali & Kenai trip August 11-22. We plan to spend two days in Anchorage beforehand and then take the train to Denali on the 11th. Would be interested to hear from others who plan to be on that train or who have done this previously.

I took my trip May-June 2012. It was wonderful. Have not saved enough yet for another one so soon. Have a good time, hope you find a travel partner.

Single female would like to go on the June9-20 trip [this date not set in stone]Looking for a roommate. Am almost retired from nursing, working only one day a week. Very active and healthy.

Hi Diane. I have signed up for the May 26 departure to see the "greening" of Alaska. I've been on many Road Scholar trips and always matched with a roommate which works out well. However, willing to see if we can be roommates if you want. I'm am a quite active 62 y.o. retired medical social worker.

Thinking of going during 2013. Am single female looking for roommate. I can travel any of the dates listed. Just retired (age 60), outgoing, good health and have never been on one of these before.

Hi Judy, I'm signing up to go May 26th departure. You will be matched with a roommate which has always worked out well for me on numerous trips. But if you want to consider being roommates we can. I just turned 62, very active, and have been on quite a few Road Scholar trips.

I took my trip at the end of May beginning of June. Had a wonderful cruise/tour. Wish I could go again.
