Hello Pamela,
There are usually 36 participants in each of our programs. Your group leader will have a Welcome Desk at the hotel from 4-5 on Day One. Your Welcome folder will be there, and inside it will be the list of participants and where they live, along with all kinds of pertinent information. So glad that you're looking forward to the program. It is really a fun one, with lots of thing to see & to learn about.
Safe travels to Nova Scotia

Looking forward to next week's trip. How many folks will be in our group? Will we receive a participant list ahead of time?

Linda Fallon Jul 27, 2015 at 04:37 PM

Hi Anne
Bob and I are still waiting for the E-mail from you with all of the 7-8- to 7-18 participants. You asked that he send you a copy of his closing remarks on 7-17 but he does not no where to send it since we do not have an E-Mail address for you

This is a public forum. Your email that you gave to Nancy bounced back, so I used the one that you gave to Routes Adventures on your Personal Information Form. Please send Nancy your email, privately, from the list that she gave out, and then she can foreward it to me. I'll reply via that method. Warmly Anne

I'm on the August 5 trip through the Maritimes. Can't wait. I've been reading the books of Lucy Montgomery and look forward to the Green Gables National Historic Site. The trip sounds so great all around.

Looking forward to meeting others on the trip, too.

Hello Heather
Anne L Matheson Jul 18, 2015 at 04:14 PM

I am the Group Leader for your program, and yes the Green Gables visit is one that our participants have really enjoyed. I'll look forward to meetin you in Halifax!

Martha Cameron Jul 10, 2015 at 11:17 PM

I see the program I'm interested in is "waitlist only." How do I get on the waitlist? I have added it to my Wishlist -- is that sufficient?

Hi Anne, Did you receive my private message? We cannot attend.
Anne L Matheson Jul 07, 2015 at 09:46 AM

Yes, Alan I did get both of your messages. Please ensure that you contact Road Scholar immediately to cancel your program with us. It is not within my ability to cancel you since I am only the Group Leader. Best of luck.

FYI, I called the parking place across from the hotel (Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre). Dale told me that their rates are 14.50 per day on weekdays and 4.00 per day on weekends. No reservation required. There's more information at http://www.cdha.nshealth.ca/patients-clients-visitors/parking

Hi Anne, Sorry for the confusion. I didn't really mean unpaved roads; only that the construction of the statue at Green Cove hasn't begun. ;-)
