See all of our Most Popular programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Neil Ciarfalia Sep 11, 2014 at 03:11 PM

While I am from the Phoenix area, will be arriving from London, having left Phoenix on 9/30. See thread below initiated by Mary Mehl.
Nancy & Ray Brady, Jr Sep 11, 2014 at 03:34 PM

No, we are leaving from Seattle for the 9/21 trip

Palmira Romero Sep 06, 2014 at 02:54 PM

Are any solos going on the Oct. 12 to Oct. 25th 2014 program? I am thinking of going. During the free time I enjoy taking off on my own and would enjoy having someone to join me. Palmy

Katherine Flynn Sep 02, 2014 at 04:37 PM

Should have added-- Arrival 9:20 AM Terminal 3 on Sept. 22

Katherine Flynn Sep 02, 2014 at 04:31 PM

I am a solo traveler, flying out of Toronto. Would love to touch base with my "room mate"!

Mary Mehl Sep 02, 2014 at 05:02 AM

I am a traveling solo for the trip that begins 10/4. I will be flying from Portland, OR to JFK, then on to Rome arriving at 8:30 am on 10/5. Would love to hear from anyone going on this trip!
Neil Ciarfalia Sep 02, 2014 at 10:06 AM

My brother, Dan, and I will be arriving on 10/5 at 10:30AM from London after having spent a couple of days there.
Janice Orion Sep 02, 2014 at 04:48 PM

I will also be travelling solo on the 10/4 trip from Boston to Rome, arriving at 12:40 PM. Hope to meet someone there to share travel to the hotel.
Mary Mehl Sep 03, 2014 at 04:08 PM

Looking forward to meeting you Neil, Dan, and Janice! I will arrive earlier than you folks so I will meet you at the hotel.
Henry Kammerer Sep 09, 2014 at 02:35 PM

Hank & Grace Kammerer will be flying JFK to Rome for the 10/4 trip, but we are just coming from Buffalo, NY, not Portland, so we have $ PM AlItalia flite arriving Rome 6:25 AM, if you see us sleeping in terminal, wake us up to join the group!
Mary Mehl Sep 10, 2014 at 01:23 AM

Hi Henrey and Grace! I will be hanging around terminal 4 at JFK from about 3:30- 5.30pm on the 10/4. If you will be at that terminal, let. me know and I will send you my cell number. Otherwise, I will meet you at the hotel.
Henry Kammerer Sep 11, 2014 at 10:34 AM

Unfortunately we are flying Alitalia (4 PM departure) which flies out of Terminal 1 at JFK , so I guess we will meet in Rome (sounds a lot more exotic than meeting in JFK anyway, doesn't it!).
Mary Mehl Sep 11, 2014 at 03:29 PM

I look forward meeting you in all in Rome! It will be my first time in Italy, but hopefully not my last!

Marie Salerno Aug 26, 2014 at 03:19 PM

I just read an article in AARP magazine that by 2015 all credit cards must have a chip in them to protect against fraud, etc.EUROPE, ASIA etc are already using them and many places will not accept credit cards without the chip.I called the number on the back of my cards and they have them and are overnighting them to me.For the 9/21 to 10/4 trip to Rome, what/time date are some of you arriving. I want to make sure I've got this correct. Thanks Marie Salerno
Nancy & Ray Brady, Jr Aug 26, 2014 at 04:20 PM

We're arriving in Rome 9/22 at 10:50am, from JFK, Delta Flight 444.
Marie Salerno Aug 26, 2014 at 07:39 PM

thanks for responding. I arrive Alitalia JFK to rome at 8:30 a.m. wonder if they are going to have us all wait around or??? Open to any info anyone may have. Traveling alone on a different airline sometimes makes for confusion.

Jose Oyola Aug 24, 2014 at 03:02 PM

Do you want to see Picasso in Florenze? About 90 works of Pablo Picasso will be shown at the Palazzo Strozzi while we are there ! My wife and I plan to go on September 24th, when we have a free afternoon to explore Florence. Details of the Picasso exhibit are available in www.palazzostrozzi.org. See you soon! Jose & Aida
Anna Beck Aug 30, 2014 at 04:02 PM

Jose, thanks for this info. I love Picasso. My name is Anna Beck and my sister and I will be arriving in Rome on 9/9 at 10:50 a.m. Looking forward to meeting everyone at orientation. Thanks.

Janice Orion Aug 24, 2014 at 08:47 AM
