Road Scholar has thousands of educational adventures to choose from. A good way to narrow down our list is to browse our collection of "Most Popular" programs.
See all of our Most Popular programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

I'm taking the May 5-10 2013 program. Looking for someone to share a ride from Brunswick GA airport to Sea Palms Resort.

Robin Jauert Mar 13, 2013 at 07:13 PM

I am attending the March 24th 2013 program. I will be driving to location from Tallahassee Fl. if anyone is intrested in sharing a ride.

I'm attending the Jan 27-Feb st1 2013 program. Anyone else going at this time? I will be renting a car as I'm staying in Georgia and continuing on to the RS Program in Amelia Island.

Enid Mirkin Sep 28, 2012 at 04:08 PM

I will be attending Oct 14th-19th. Would love to hear from anyone else going at that time.
Jane Gerken Oct 11, 2012 at 08:15 PM

I will be doing that trip and look forward to meeting you. I will be arriving at Jacksonville Airport at 11:45 A.M. on the 14th, renting a car and driving to St. Simons. Let me know if you should need a ride from Jacksonville. - Jane Gerken

I am due to arrive at 12:20 on Southwest. Don't know if you want to wait.
Jane Gerken Oct 12, 2012 at 10:11 PM

Sure! I can wait. Give me your flight #. I'm coming in on United # 753 from Atlanta - in case we're late. Why don't you give me a call tomorrow. My phone is 585-486-4597. My cell is 585-355-0251 and you can reach me on that number at the airport but I don't turn it on at home.

My husband and I will be attending the Sept. 23-28 trip. We live in Naples, FL. We are looking forward to meeting new people. Is there anyone else going on this trip?

Susan Webb Aug 30, 2012 at 02:14 PM

I am arriving in Brunswick, GA on Sept. 16 at (scheduled) 10:52 am. Planning to take the A2B Transport to the hotel. Anyone else arriving around that time and wanting to share the A2B?

Sheryl Kippen Aug 27, 2012 at 06:38 PM

Hey there Island Hoppers!
Is anyone out there coming on the Oct. 28 trip? It'd be great to e-meet a little before our trip :)

Kathi Duffy Jun 23, 2012 at 11:10 PM

I would be interested to here from anyone who has been on this trip. On trip advisor the hotel got really bad reviews for bug and being dirty. So I wanted someone's opinion who had actually been to the hotel thing of doing the Nov 28th trip
