Morning: Two courses: Improve your ability to use comical life situations to enhance your creativity and relieve stress in your life. (lecture) Discussion about the Appalachian heritage of "Wildcrafting", the collecting of native plants, barks, roots, etc. for cash money in a "bartering economy". Hands on look at some of the important products from a wild harvest. Short film about foraging and preparation of plant material for food and medicine.

Afternoon: One Course: The boogeyman. A need to be afraid?

Evening: Experience a trolley ride while learning about the "History of Lake Junaluska".
