Day One: Thursday, June 13 - Arrival at Cabot Shores and Welcome Activities 
Note: The complimentary shuttle will leave the Halifax International Airport at 1:30 pm to make the 4 hour drive to Cabot Shores. Those travelling independently should plan to arrive at Cabot Shores between 3 pm and 6 pm.

Arrive To: Registration and Welcome at Cabot Shores followed by a guided exploration of the Wilderness Resort

Dinner: Dinner in the Great Room of Whiff's Lodge

Evening: Introductions, Introduce Staff, documenting, books, journaling, sharing circle.
Orientation to lodge, chalets, grounds, where things are, who to go to, housekeeping questions
Sharing circle: What are you most interested in learning about while you are here? What have you learned so far (journey to get here, arrival etc)

Day Two: Friday, June 14 - Birding, Eagle Feather Ferry and Beach Combing 
Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge.

Morning: Enjoy a birding adventure with naturalist - Sheila Kent. Afterwards take the ferry to the beach with Paul, Barbara & Chef.

Morning: Prior to breakfast, enjoy optional Qi Gong stretching, meditation or morning group walk

Lunch: Beach Cookout. Help build a fire site using beach rock and collect drift wood for firewood.

Afternoon: Beach Combing, Collect treasures, learn about tides, moon cycles, floods, drift wood, and about seaweed uses.
Return to Cabot Shores, free time around 2pm

Afternoon: After returning to Cabot Shores enjoy Tea & Snacks followed by an acupuncture presentation. Optional auricular group acupuncture session

Dinner: Dinner at Whiff’s Lodge

Evening: Guided Conversation – Exploring Our Heritage

Day Three: Saturday, June 15 - Gaelic & Celtic Immersion Day 
Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge.

Morning: Experience Gaelic language immersion, story-telling, local Celtic history with a local writer and historian Amber Buchanan

Morning: Prior to breakfast, enjoy an optional Qi Gong stretching, meditation or morning group walk

Lunch: Lunch at Whiff’s Lodge

Afternoon: Visit the local artisan galleries and learn about the artists' work and how it's created.

Afternoon: Tea & Snacks in the lodge

Dinner: Lobster Dinner at Whiff’s Lodge

Evening: Live Music

Day Four: Sunday, June 16 - Puffin Tour & Water Adventure Day 
Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge.

Morning: Prior to breakfast, enjoy an optional Qi Gong stretching, meditation or morning group walk

Morning: Depart to Englishtown to take a Puffin Boat Tour- field trip with an expert on local histrory and wildlife. Go through St.Ann's Bay past Glooscap Cave to the Bird Island to view Puffins, Eagles and Seals.

Lunch: Lunch at Whiff’s Lodge

Afternoon: Explore Indian Brook, Church Pond & along the Beach via ferry, walking, canoes, kayaks and yolo boards (there will be instructions for those needing it). Ride the gentle current along Indian Brook into Church Pond Observe a variety of ducks, geese, cormorans, gulls and the occasional bald eagle and explore inlets with oyster patches.

Dinner: Dinner at Whiff’s Lodge

Evening: Slide show about Gampo Abbey and brief talk about Basic Goodness, with Barbara.

Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge.

Morning: Mi'kmaq arrive - Welcome ceremony, drumming, songs, history, sharing

Morning: Prior to breakfast, enjoy an optional Qi Gong stretching, meditation or morning group walk

Lunch: Lunch at Whiff’s Lodge

Afternoon: Tea & Snacks

Afternoon: Participate in a Medicine Walk and learn about local flora.

Dinner: Cookout, followed by bonfire and stories around the fire

Day Six: Tuesday, June 18 - Hike the Red Island Trail 
Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge.

Morning: Walk along the beach to the Red Island Trail & explore the Barachois River & Beach. Go on a 4km hike and a 1km walk along the beach to discover hidden lakes only accessible by hiking or by boat.

Morning: Prior to breakfast, enjoy optional Qi Gong stretching, meditation or morning group walk

Lunch: Eat lunch on the trail and then return to Cabot Shores

Afternoon: Tea & Snack

Afternoon: Free time to pack, start saying goodbyes etc. Learn about using the wood-fired pizza oven, help start/feed the fire for the outdoor pizza oven

Dinner: Farewell dinner at Cabot Shores. Make your own pizzas

Evening: Closing Ceremony, including a slide show of week in review, Good byes

Lodging: Cabot Shores

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day Seven: Wednesday, June 19 - Departure 
Breakfast: Group breakfast in Great Room of Whiff's Lodge. For those who wish to take the complimentary shuttle to Halifax Int'l Airport, it departs at 9 am.
