Day One: Monday, May 04 - Arrivals and Program Orientation
Afternoon: 3:00 is hotel check in. AFTER 4:00pm: come to the hotel's lounge to register with your Program Coordinator and pick up your arrival packet. Programs are planned far in advance, so local circumstances may require changes from time to time. We will notify you as quickly as possible should there be any changes and appreciate your understanding.

Dinner: 5:00pm: Enjoy your first meal at Restaurant Patrick, conveniently located inside the hotel. This restaurant features regional American cuisine, focusing on regionally sourced products. Dinner in the restaurant is available and included even if you arrive late. Our meal is scheduled for 5:00pm, if your arrival is delayed, please attend orientation and then eat afterwards.

Evening: 6:15pm: We begin our orientation to the program and introduce staff and members of the group. We’ll review the schedule and any updates and answer any questions you may have. Following orientation, we will have an optional walk through the area around the hotel to acquaint you with your surroundings.

Day Two: Tuesday, May 05 - A guided Times Square Walk/Greenwich Village Walk...
A guided Times Square Walk/Greenwich Village Walk/off- Broadway Performance of "The Flick"

Breakfast: Continental Breakfast in the Meeting Room

Morning: Take a behind the scenes tour of a Broadway theater and a guided walk around the theater district

Lunch: Deli sandwiches will be served in the Meeting Room

Afternoon: Meet people in the off-Broadway theater world and travel to Greenwich Village where the off-Broadway scene began.

Dinner: We'll dine in a Greenwich Village bistro

Evening: Attend an off- Broadway theater performance of the pulitzer prize winning play, "The Flick" at the intimate Barrow Street Theater

Morning: Hear how a production goes from page to stage from our resident lyricist.

Lunch: At the world famous, SARDI's Restaurant, a favorite dining spot for countless stars.

Afternoon: Performance of a Broadway matinee, "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night"

Dinner: After your big lunch, you may just want to grab a slice and head to another show of your choosing.

Evening: At leisure or on the town on your own.

Breakfast: In the Meeting Room

Morning: Meet more people involved in the Theater World and get its history.

Lunch: On your own

Afternoon: Meet a Broadway actor

Dinner: Tonight we stay close to home with another delicious meal served by chef Patrick in his restaurant in the hotel.

Evening: Attend a final Broadway musical production with the group of "On the Twentieth Century" with Kristin Chenoweth scheduled to perform.

Day Five: Friday, May 08 - Departures
Breakfast: In the hotel.

Morning: Discussion of week's activities. Program ends by 10:30 with hotel check-out at noon.

In and around 42nd StreetAlong 42nd Street are the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, and several multi-plex movie theaters. Central Park is a fifteen-block walk to the north, and the Empire State building is an eight-block walk to the south. In addition, the shops and boutiques of Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue are easily accessible, as are the more affordable wares of Macy's Herald Square. Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and St. Patrick's Cathedral are all within a ten-fifteen minute walk.
