Road Scholar
Program #12726RJ
6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderately Challenging
Road Scholar has thousands of educational adventures to choose from. A good way to narrow down our list is to browse our collection of "Most Popular" programs.
See all of our Most Popular programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Day One: Sunday, February 15 - Registration/Orientation
Afternoon: Hotel check-in available after 3:00pm. From 4:00-5:00pm: After checking in at the hotel front desk, take your bags to your room and come to the designated meeting room (it will be posted in the lobby) to register with your Program Coordinator and pick up your arrival packet after 4. Programs are planned far in advance, so local circumstances may require changes from time to time. We will notify you as quickly as possible should there be any changes and appreciate your understanding.

Dinner: 5:00pm: Enjoy your first meal at Restaurant Patrick, conveniently located inside the hotel. This restaurant features regional American cuisine, focusing on regionally sourced products from the Berkshires to the Jersey Shore. If your arrival is delayed, please attend orientation and then eat afterwards.

Evening: 6:15pm: We begin our orientation to the program and introduce staff and members of the group. We’ll review the schedule and any updates and answer any questions you may have. Following orientation we will have an optional walk through one of the local neighborhoods.
