Afternoon: At 4:00 there will be a welcome and orientation in the Conference Room, where you get your schedule for the week.

Dinner: On-site Coordinator will meet you at 5:30pm for dinner.

Evening: Program in the evening for instructor to give preview of the week and watercolor demo.

Morning: Popular artist/instructor Nancy Carver Thompson will explore contrast values of light and dark in a still life painting.

Lunch: Hotel dining room.

Afternoon: Participants will paint with guidance of instructor.

Dinner: Dinner in Hotel dining room.

Evening: Following dinner the artist will lecture on non traditional painting approaches with watercolor.

Morning: Explore with use of contrast detail and glazing in a floral painting.

Afternoon: Capture, on paper, the painting techniques explored thoughout the week.

Dinner: Dinner in Hotel Dining Room.

Evening: To culminate the weeks work, an informal Art Show and Discussion of participants works will be held in the form of an exhibit..

Day Six: Friday, May 03 - Instruction/Departure after checkout at 11:00 a.m. 
Breakfast: Breakfast from 7:30am - 8:30am.

Morning: To complete your weeks instruction, explore contrast positive and negative space to understand the art principle of notan. Program ends 11:00 a.m.
