Arrive To: Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm. Register in our meeting room, posted on a sign in the lobby, at any time between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. At 5:00 pm enjoy a hosted reception. At 5:30 pm we will discuss the week's agenda .

Dinner: At 6:00 pm a sit-down dinner will be served in our private dining room.

Evening: After dinner, meet your fellow program participants and view a short video about Seattle activities.

Day Two: Monday, July 28 - Boeing plant visit with introductory film and nar...
Boeing plant visit with introductory film and narrated walking tour of the plant. Dungeness crab lunch at a waterfront restaurant. Museum of History and Industry.

Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Use your voucher to choose a Hot American Breakfast or other tasty selections from the menu.

Morning: Relax in a chartered coach on the way to the Everett Boeing plant. Upon arrival, view a short introductory film, then look down onto the plant floor to see passenger jets and cargo planes moving down the assembly line.

Lunch: Enjoy cracked Dungeness crab or order from the menu at a waterfront restaurant overlooking Elliott Bay.

Afternoon: See fascinating displays about the human and natural history of this area at the new Museum of History and Industry in South Lake Union Park.

Dinner: Dinner in our private dining room.

Evening: Seattle has an interesting and varied architectural history. Learn about the rich details from a noted architectural historian.

Afternoon: Stroll the many galleries, museums and sights of Pioneer Square, the birthplace of the city of Seattle.

Boat cruise from Elliott Bay through the Chittenden Locks. Visit the Seattle Art Museum.

Breakfast: Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant this morning.

Morning: Spend 2 relaxing hours cruising on Elliott Bay and through the Chittenden Locks to see houseboats and seaplanes on the sparkling waters of Lake Union. View parts of Seattle's marine life as you sail by fishing trawlers, cruise ships and tugboats. Comfortable, well-equipped tour boat with inside and outside decks.

Lunch: Unpack your box lunch on the deck as you see the sights.

Afternoon: The Seattle Art Museum is yours to explore. After a docent-led walk, spend all the time you choose in this lovely building's many fascinating exhibits.

Dinner: Dinner in a popular nearby restaurant.

Evening: Our relaxing dinner winds up the evening.

Ride the monorail to the Seattle Center and zip to the top of the Space Needle, then visit the sparkling new Chihuly Garden & Glass exhibit. Bon Voyage!

Breakfast: Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant this morning.

Morning: We'll see a 1962 film about the construction of the Space Needle, then ride the monorail to the Seattle Center and zip to the top of the Needle in a glass-fronted elevator. Step next door to delight in the sparkling art of the Chihuly Garden & Glass exhibit. Return with the group to the hotel or stay as long as you'd like to enjoy other attractions at the Seattle Center; these include the Gates Foundation Visitor Center and Experience Music Project. We'll finish before lunch.

Lunch: Return to hotel for departures. Bon voyage!
