Day Two: Monday, April 14 - Nature Centre Trail, Wildflowers, Enchanted Rock
Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel. Selection of hot and cold items. Typically includes eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, juice, and coffee.

Morning: Riverside Nature Center is located in the heart of Kerrville on the Guadalupe River This former small farm has been transformed into an urban wildlife and native plant sanctuary with a unique arboretum hosting over 140 species of trees as well as cacti, glorious wildflowers, shrubs, native grasses, birds, insects and other animals. Meandering walking trails lead you through the Nature Center and down to the banks of the beautiful Guadalupe River.

Lunch: Enjoy a Mexican Fiesta lunch

Afternoon: Discover the legend of the 425-foot pink granite batholith, Enchanted Rock from Park Ranger. Meander along the trails as you discover the amazing plants and animals. Shrubs you might see are the Texas persimmon, agarita, whitebrush and prickly pear. Animals along the trails might include rock and fox squirrels and armadillos. Plus, see/hear how one of the oldest European methods of making chocolate will just make you drool, plus a tasting, yum

Dinner: Sample some traditional German food.

Evening: Discover why the geology of the Texas Hill Country is so good for growing crapes.

Presidential Day: Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and LBJ White House

Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel. Selection of hot and cold items. Typically includes eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, juice, and coffee.

Morning: Travel to Austin, approximately 1.1/4 hour drive. A pioneer in native plant conservation and education the Lady Bird Johnson Wildlife Center located in Austin will not disappoint. Explore exhibits, gardens and Arboretum.

Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch on the grounds of the LBJ Ranch

Afternoon: Guided tour of the LBJ Ranch House, known as the Texas White House in Stonewall. President Johnson's office (the west room) was opened to the public on the 100th anniversary of his birth, August 27, 2008. The living room and dining room were opened in June 2009. By December 2011 the entire first floor was opened to the public.

Day Five: Thursday, April 17 - Wild Seed Farm and Grape Creek Winery
Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel. Selection of hot and cold items. Typically includes eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, juice, and coffee.

Morning: Breathtaking arrays of wildflowers await you at the Wild Seed Farm on the outskirts of Fredericksburg. Fields of wildflowers bloom from March through October, Explore the short walking trails and take stunning pictures. You can purchase their award winning wildflower seeds from the gift shop and a Brewbonnet Biergarten.

Lunch: Lunch at area restaurant

Afternoon: Guided tour of Grape Creek Vineyard; meet the vintners and gain an understanding of the production process. Tour the first underground wine cellar in the Pedernales River Valley. Enjoy a wine tasting while taking in spectacular views of the the rolling hills and natural landscape of the area.

Dinner: Farewell dinner at local restaurant
