Breakfast: Breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold items, cereal, fruit, juice.coffee and hot tea etc. Selections may change daily.

Morning: Depart for birding to selected "hot spots" including Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center - a world class birding site.

Lunch: Lunch at university cafeteria.

Afternoon: Birding continues in the Port Arasnas area. Return to the hotel by 4 pm

Dinner: Dinner at local restaurant

Evening: Documentary video: The King Ranch: Birthplace of American Ranching.

Afternoon: Depart for Kingsville with birding stops enroute (time permitting) Check in at Hampton Inn.

Dinner: Dinner at Kingsville restaurant

Evening: Discussion and bird list

Morning: Birding on the Santa Gertrudis Division of the King Ranch. Look out for Green jays,and Olive sparrows.

Lunch: Sandwich lunch at the Ranch under shaded trees. Also an opportunity of visit the King Ranch gift shop for souvenirs.

Afternoon: Afternoon birding continues to Laureles Division of King Ranch and returning to the Hampton Inn by 4 pm

Dinner: Dinner at local restaurant

Afternoon: Birding continues on the Norius Division, returning to the Hampton Inn around 4 pm

Dinner: Dinner at local restaurant

Evening: Go over bird list

Lodging: Hampton Inn

Day Six: Friday, April 04 - More Birds!!!!

Morning: Check out hotel and depart at 8:30 am for field birding to selected "hot spots" on our way back to Port Aransas

Lunch: Lunch in Corpus Christi Park.

Afternoon: Birding continues on our way to the Best Western Ocean Villa, Port Aransas in late afternoon.

Dinner: Enjoy a Texas Shrimp Boil at the farewell dinner at Ms K's Bistro.

Evening: Final bird list tally for the week. Wrap up and goodbyes.

Day Seven: Saturday, April 05 - Departure
Breakfast: Breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold items, cereal, fruit, juice.coffee and hot tea etc. Selections may change daily.

Morning: Depart after breakfast at your convenience. Check out time is 11 am. Linda will be available in the lobby from 8:00 - 9:00 am.
